- Our research develops and optimizes technologies, processes, and formulations to create high-quality, appealing, and nutritionally valuable foods from sustainable raw materials.
- The teaching of food process engineering at KIT combines engineering fundamentals with examples from industrial food production, providing hands-on training in innovative, sustainable food manufacturing processes.
- With our network of industrial and academic partners, we cover the entire food production chain—from field or bioreactor to processing, quality assessment, and distribution.
We could not be happier that one of our own can represent us in the proferssorship and lead our institute in the coming times. We look forward to what her fresh and innovative perspective can bring to the LVT.
