- The teaching of food process engineering at KIT combines engineering fundamentals with examples from industrial food production, providing hands-on training in innovative, sustainable food manufacturing processes.
- With our network of industrial and academic partners, we cover the entire food production chain—from field or bioreactor to processing, quality assessment, and distribution.
