Science Slam Success – Laurids Pernice takes 2nd place!

At the Science Slam as part of the FameLab – Talking Science talent competition, our team member Laurids shared insights into the world of extruded meat alternatives with a curious and engaged audience in Karlsruhe.
With just three minutes on stage, Laurids highlighted the opportunities and challenges of meat analogues – and impressed both the audience and the jury.
We’re proud to share that he was awarded 2nd place and will head to the national finals in Bielefeld this June.
