University Course on Emulsification

The GVT Forschungs-Gesellschaft Verfahrens-Technik organizes the course “Emulsification Technology” (Hochschulkurs Emulgiertechnik) as one of the KIT professional training courses. Every other year this course takes place at the Institute of Process Engineering in Life Sciences, Section I: Food Process Engineering.
